A little info about myself: I'm 25, have 8+ years of childcare experience including ages 3-12 years old, I love to spend time outside & with my close friends & family, and I've lived in KC my whole life! I'm CPR certified, Trauma Smart certified, and have experience working with children who have ADHD, Autism and ODD. Outside of babysitting & nannying, I've been a YMCA before/after school director for 3 years. Priscilla was the site supervisor for the after school program that my two children attended. She provided the absolute best care for our children and she was exceptionally communicative in email and in person. She planned the most thoughtful activities for our children and the 25+ other children in after school care. In addition to providing thoughtful and engaging activities, she was always in control and established clear rules and boundaries for them to follow. When there was an issue with bullying, Ms. Priscilla nipped it in the bud immediately and reached out to the school on my child's behalf. For all of these reasons, we felt safe leaving our children in her care. If we could have kept our kids in her care forever, we would have!
