She takes care of her kids as if they were hers. She is not scared to tell your child that there are better decisions that could be made if a poor one was made. She had my baby sister for a week every now and then since she was 7 (we are 16 years apart) and my sister loves spending time with Priscilla. She can literally be a child and when a mess is made such as milk being poured she's back to being a role model for the child to know how to clean up after themselves while assisting. The best part of it all is she is transparent with the kids, she speaks with them as adults and plays with them as children. She allows them to have a voice and makes the changes if she does something they are not comfortable with like a specific game they don't like to play, she'll find alternatives. I could go on and on but she's definitely the right choice for you if you want your kids to have fun and be spoiled while still being respectful.
