I hold a 4 year college degree from UCLA and maintain a calm, responsible demeanor, especially when managing unexpected situations. I always keep emergency contact information readily available and communicate immediately with owners regarding any concerns. Whether helping a shy pet come out of their shell or witnessing unique quirks, I find immense joy in every interaction.
