Hello: My name is Princess. I am mature, professional nanny with over 20 years experience. I am experience in keeping multiple children, twins and triplets. I have cared for children from newborn to adults. I specialize in infant and toddler care. I have had a tdap, flu, pneumonia and Covid vaccinations. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified. I interact with my children by reading, helping with homework, taking them to their extra curriculum activities and playing with them. I have cared for children that have special needs, such as autism and other disabilities. I do have a lot of patience. I provide an atmosphere where I nurture all my children. Previous household mgr. & nursery director on Sunday mornings at a local church. I am responsible, trustworthy, always on time. My schedule is open. I am available at any time for my family including traveling, overnights, and weekends. I have experience as a Doula, sleep trainer, and night nanny. License driver with full coverage insurance.
We hired Princess to care for our child. She talked on phone and took personal calls during each work day, often ignoring the child/leaving her on the mat while she took personal calls. She also often made a mess around the house and did not clean up after herself. Additionally, we agreed on 3 days a week for work with a loose schedule of Mon/Tues/Wed with the contingency of being flexible for doctor's appointments as our child is medically complex. On week, our child was in the hospital due to illness. Rather than being flexible about the 3 days, she demanded to be paid Monday-Wednesday (even though our child was in the hospital) with additional pay when we asked to change the days that specific week to when we came home from the hospital. We still paid her that week in full even though our child was in the hospital, and even so, she was very rude about money, knowing that we were having an incredibly hard week. Her priority was always to make money, rather than being flexible or understanding. She on multiple occasions was unprofessional regarding pay even though we were very generous with her throughout her time with us. By the end, we were being taken advantage of so we had to let her go.
