I'd describe my personality as kind compassionate, honest and adaptable person and always willing to change to satisfy the requirements of others I like working with kids because it's rewarding and a great way to learn crucial things about being a future parent. Being brought up in a big family has taught me a lot about childcare and the special touch it needs to ensure communication is strong and that our respect for for one another is equally balanced. I am looking for a job that offers a flexible schedule and allows me to spend my time with my family. I am also a very ambitious person and I am always looking for opportunities to improve and excel in my work. I started working with children at the age of 16. So it's been 4 years?
