My name is Precious, and I am a patient, dependable, and caring childcare professional based in Indianapolis with over 3 years of experience working with children of all ages and needs. My background includes working as a Daycare Teacher, where I supported early childhood development through structured activities and play. I also worked as a Behavioral Technician providing one on one support to children using individualized behavior plans, and as a Substitute Teacher managing classrooms and assisting children with varying academic and behavioral needs. I am trained in positive behavior reinforcement, conflict deescalation, and IEP support. I am also currently pursuing an Associate degree in Psychology, which deepens my understanding of child development.
