Pooja is very reliable, kind and flexible. She is also responsive and communicative. She watched my sons (ages 2 and 6) while we were visiting friends for a weekend. She was also kind enough to watch my friends 8 year old and 11 year old daughters last minute. I felt very comfortable with her right away and the kids had a great time.
