I am Polly! I am currently in Charlottesville and I have had cats my entire life from the moment my parents took me home. I have worked at Petsmart in their hotel caring for dogs and cats, and have frequently cared for neighbors pets as well! I have also volunteered at Woods Humane Society in San Luis Obispo. I honestly just love pets! I have a B. S in Hospitality Management, and am pursuing my Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in leadership. I truly believe I have the empathy and understanding to help customers, guests, and even pets!

I am very leery about leaving my animals with anybody. Years ago I had a pet sitter and when I came back from vacation my cat had died. It takes a lot for me to trust. Polly Anna exceeded all expectations. She was communicative, punctual, enthusiastic, and totally kept me at an easy, entire 12-day trip I was away. She gave me updates, ask any questions, and sent me pictures of how my little one was doing. When I got home the house was just about exactly how I left it. She took the time and swept and mopped the floor area that was mostly used when she was here visiting. That was her hearing me when I told her in one conversation that on another trip, I came home, and the house was a mess. She cleaned up because she knew it would help me transition home. I will definitely use her services again. 10 stars if I could give them.
