About Piper

Hello, my name is Piper! I am a new(ish) resident of Ventura looking to help out local families with various child care needs. I have a broad background in childcare and education. My time as a young adult babysitting, working at after school programs, and summer camps led me to grow passionate about child care and obtain mg degree in Education Sciences at UC Irvine in 2022. During my education, I coached various age groups at the local water polo club. In 2023 I worked at San Marcos high school as the aquatics coordinator and water polo/swim coach. I landed in Ventura to work with the County of Ventura where I am currently employed. I hope to continue to grow my positive experience in childcare through prioritizing trust, safety, and communication while providing the child new experiences to foster physical and emotional growth. Being a good role model for young individuals is my number one goal. I look forward to getting to learn more about your families needs and wants in childcare!
