About Pilar

I'd describe my personality as humorous, compassionate, patient I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping others. I'm a teacher as well, and am known as going that extra mile for my students. I want to give back to others now that I am an (almost) empty nester! I'm looking for a job that offers evening hours, that is fulfilling, and that pays a respectable and competitive rate. Other than caring for my own parents, I have no experience with seniors. But I do have 28 years of experience as an elementary school teacher. The patience, perseverance, and endurance I have gained in my current career are easily transferable to helping others! In my spare time, I like to cook, read, walk, and be with friends or family in any capacity. One thing you should know about me is I am honest, reliable, and personable. Again, no experience with seniors other than my own parents.
