About Pilar

I'm passionate about childcare and have dedicated the past four years to caring for children. I'm experienced working with kids aged six months to seven years, and while I enjoyed my time in preschools and daycares, I find my passion lies in one-on-one care. My approach to childcare is defined by my patience, creativity, and friendly demeanor. I believe open communication with parents is essential, and I provide daily written reports and verbal communication during pickups. I adhere to the parents' preferred communication method and follow their lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I'm at my best when engaging children in outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games that stimulate their minds. I hold a valid CPR certification and have some college experience under my belt. I have my own car, am comfortable with pets, and am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
