About Phyllis

I'd describe my personality as fun and vibrant but very patient and kind! I like working with kids because I can be silly and fun. I love kids and I believe they are our future so I feel very fulfilled in helping them learn and grow! I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling and fun. I first started working with kids in my church youth group and then started my in-home daycare. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family, do karaoke, do crafts with my daughter, go for walks with our dogs, and cook. One thing you should know about me is I'm very caring and gentle. My top child care skills include patience, providing a fun and safe environment, and helping kids build up confidence with lots of encouragement.
