I was a bit apprehensive about leaving my energetic dog while I went on a 10-day vacation, but Phyllis immediately put me at ease with her warm and caring demeanor. From our very first interaction, I could tell that she was a true animal lover and that she would take excellent care of my rambunctious pup, Nacha. Phyllis went above and beyond to make sure that my dog was comfortable and happy while I was away, and I could tell that she genuinely enjoyed spending time with her. She sent me regular updates and photos and made me feel like I was right there with them. One of the things that really stood out to me was Phyllis's attention to detail. She took the time to learn about Nacha's habits and preferences, and she made sure to stick to her routine as closely as possible. She even took her to the park and played tug of war. Nacha's two favorites. I couldn't have been happier with Phyllis's care. My dog was in the best hands possible. I highly recommend Phyllis!!
