Phylicia has been a wonderful with my 16-week-old. She is always on time and very reliable. She keeps him engaged with age-appropriate play and takes him on walks, I hear him squealing with delight while they play. She also does a great job keeping him on schedule and logs his feeds, naps, and diaper changes so I have full visibility. Most importantly, my baby truly enjoys her and is very happy in her care.
