About Phuong

It is with great pleasure and wholehearted confidence that I recommend Ms. Phuong as a nanny and caregiver. Phuong has been an invaluable part of our family and has played an instrumental role in our daughter's growth and development from the time she was 8 months old until nearly 2 years old. From the very beginning, Phuong formed an extraordinary bond with our daughter. She quickly became one of our toddler's favorite people. Even today, whenever Phuong's name is mentioned, our daughter lights up with excitement, calls out for her, and eagerly waits by the door for her arrival. The love, trust, and security that our daughter feels with Phuong are a true testament to the care and affection she has consistently provided. Phuong is exceptionally dependable, trustworthy, and professional. She is always punctual—often arriving early—and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our daughter is safe, happy, engaged, and thriving. She brings genuine warmth and joy to her work, treating our daughter as if she were her own family. Beyond providing loving care, Phuong has been deeply invested in our daughter's development. She spends her days reading books, singing songs, engaging in imaginative play, teaching daily routines, and fostering language development in both Vietnamese and English. Through her patience, consistency, and dedication, our daughter has learned an incredible number of words and concepts and has developed strong communication skills at an early age. One of Phuong's greatest strengths is her ability to adapt seamlessly to a family's routines, values, and parenting style. She is easy to communicate with, receptive to feedback, and genuinely committed to supporting the goals and structure of the household. Her positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help make her a joy to work with. The only reason our time with Phuong is coming to an end is because our daughter will be transitioning to preschool. If circumstances were different, we would gladly continue working with her. In fact, we waited over a month for Phuong to join our family, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have Phuong care for their children. She is loving, nurturing, responsible, hardworking, and deeply passionate about what she does. We are profoundly grateful for the impact she has had on our daughter and our family, and we wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation.
