Pheonix has been with our family for 5 months and she has taken care of our 4 Month and 3 year old. She is very patient and great with our toddler especially when she can have her tantrums. She is also calm and able to tone down your toddler if they are very upset. As for our baby, she follows the schedule that we give her and provides us updates which is nice. She can also speak Cantonese/mandarin which is a plus.
