I have 20+ years of pet care experience, including 15 years of owning my own pet sitting service and 7 years of experience working for no-kill shelters/rehabilitation centers. In July of 2009, I led the rescue of over 200 birds in the largest animal rescue in Hawaii. My present household includes 5 cats, 2 parrots and 1 geriatric dog, all of whom are rescues.

Phoenix does go above and beyond. I was extremely nervous leaving my home and my much beloved pups in the care of a stranger. Meeting Phoenix she is so kind and calm and my dogs loved her the second they met her. She checked in daily with pictures and let me be as neurotic as I needed to be since my dogs are my kids. When I finally came home after much delays she was checking in on me which was very kind. My fur kids and house were just the way I left them. I was am grateful to her. Will be using her again for all pet sitting needs in future.
