Pheonie is the absolute BEST! She took care of my mom for 2 years and went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed. We had a revolving door of worker due to my mom’s progression of Alzheimer’s. Pheonie was highly recommended to us by a friend and she not only lived up to her reputation , her skills surpassed it.
