Susie has been a very reliable and kind babysitter to my two children. She was great with their soccer camp pickups and drop-offs, which required her to travel around the city, and was very helpful in stepping in when I needed last-minute child care. I would hire her again.

I watched her on the nanny cam and she just stared at my baby crying for almost a half hour. She said she was famous for getting babies to sleep but she just watched as he cried. It made me so sad I paid for an uber and left my family to rush home to care for my baby and hired someone else for the evening. She was also often in the other room than him and he’s barely past a year old.  Would not recommend.

Susie is amazing! She is punctual, kind and caring. She took the initiative to go get pedialyte when our child fell ill in her care!! Would recommend her in a heartbeat. 

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Pham. She has been caring for my daughter since she was five months old, and from the very beginning she has treated her with so much love, patience, and kindness. As a first-time mom, trusting someone else with your baby is incredibly hard, but Pham made that trust come so naturally.

She is thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely cares about my daughter’s well-being. It’s obvious that she truly loves what she does, and my daughter is always happy and comfortable with her. Knowing my baby is safe, loved, and well cared for gives me so much peace of mind.

Pham also helps by picking up my eight-year-old stepson from school and camp, and she is always punctual, dependable, and reliable. I never have to worry because I know she’ll be there when she says she will.

Pham has become someone our family truly values, and I feel so grateful to have found her. I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for someone who is kind, trustworthy, reliable, and who will care for your children as if they were her own.

She warned us the day of that she might have to check a work email and wouldn't be able to give our two toddlers and baby attention the whole time. But upon returning it was obvious she was glued to her computer and let our three little guys do whatever they wanted. They created huge messes, were in areas of the apartment that were unsafe unsupervised, and neglected diaper changes or proper cleaning during diaper changes. 

Susie was absolutely perfect! She took such amazing care of our newborn and assisted with overnight care. Susie was super responsive and always willing to help. She was responsible for the night time feed, changing diapers and soothing our newborn in the middle of the night. We were so happy to have found her! 

I highly recommend Susie! 

Susie was on time and very warm. Did really well with our 3y old and 6m old. 

Susie babysat a toddler and infant for two evenings when we had friends in town. The kids took to her right away and she was able to get the children to sleep without issue. She did a good job of keeping us updated through the evenings and was very responsive. Would definitely hire her again.  

Susie is absolutely lovely. My daughter had so much fun with her and felt comfortable right away. She is incredibly kind, caring, and gentle, with such a warm presence. She kept my daughter happy and engaged, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such thoughtful hands. We would be very happy to have her babysit again.

Susie was terrific very helpful, dependable, and kind, she moved here from London five years ago and I highly recommend her using her. I was let down by four people on this site but she was the opposite.
