Phai was incredible! I needed a last minute nanny for a day trip out of town- the first trip I would take away from my 14 yo child with special needs (ASD and not staying with family). I was nervous and probably more anxious than normal but Phai was amazing. In addition to her knowledge and experience, Phai was communicative, dependable, and punctual.
