About Petra

As an experienced tutor I've had the pleasure to work for higher learning companies. I also was a SAT/ACT/MATH prep tutor through my "higher learning" program at Cornell University, where we branched out into the Ithaca community to foster knowledge in Local Ithaca High schools. Aside from tutoring I enjoy spending time with Children and have experience with children of all ages as I was a summer enrichment camp leader during my latter years of high school and carried that into University year. I also started my own Learning initiative organization, where we live by the phrase "theres more than one way to skin a cat". Every child should never have to question their academic merit, and by prompting them to approach problems in ways their school teacher may not, I hope that every child will love learning as much as I did.
