I provide caring companionship, healthy meal preparation, food shopping, transportation to appointments and errands, supplement ordering and administration, exercise, meditation, QiGong, access to nutritional counseling, holistic physicians, and others. After careful study of the science, I chose not to be injected with the covid experimental ingredients. I am in excellent health, physically train, follow an anti-aging and detoxification protocol, and keep it updated. I was a high honors pre-med student and continue my studies in health and healing to help my patients with their concerns. I am an Emergency Medical Technician, retired 34 year financial advisor, former community ambulance volunteer and mobile emergency medical staff at Thomas Jefferson Hospital, and St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. I am the father of 3 children, dad to 3 dogs, grandfather to 4, life partner to a multi-valedictorian female Physician Assistant, and lifetime resident of Delaware County.
