Hi! I am a mother of two, a 6-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son, and I am opening a warm, nurturing in-home childcare. I am currently in the process of becoming fully licensed, with approval expected within 4-6 weeks.

I have worked with children since 2014 and bring both professional experience and a mother's heart to my care. I hold a college degree in Bilingual Education and have worked as a kindergarten teacher, ESOL teacher, and nanny, gaining strong classroom management skills.

My in-home childcare is a small group setting, with a maximum of six children and a 1:3 infant ratio, allowing for individualized care. I am currently enrolling to fill these limited spots.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and incorporate Spanish throughout the day in a fun, age-appropriate way. For infants, I provide daily updates on feeding, sleep, diaper changes, and milestones.

I offer a flat weekly rate per week and would love to connect with a family seeking dependable childcare!

Perla is truly a gem! She watched my son on nights and weekends pretty regularly, and I can’t say enough good things about her! Her energy is fun, light, and caring and my son immediately took to her, which gave me so much peace of mind. She’s extremely attentive, always kept me updated with photos and details about their activities, and her communication is excellent which is much appreciated. I also love how clean and organized she was! We moved but if I could I would rate her 10 stars!!!

Perla is the best baby sitter we could have hoped for. She has been caring for our daughter L. since she was just 3 months old, and the level of care she provides is beyond exceptional.

What stands out most about Perla is how she treats L. as if she were her own child. The genuine love and attention she shows is immediately apparent, and it gives us incredible peace of mind knowing our baby is in such caring hands.

Perla&#39;s communication is clear and consistent. She regularly sends us lots of pictures and occasional videos throughout L.&#39;s day, allowing us to feel connected even when we&#39;re away. Every day, we receive a log that tracks L&#39;s sleep times, all meals, exact ounces of milk consumed, and every diaper change—even noting whether it was wet or a bowel movement. This level of detail helps us maintain consistency in L&#39;s care and monitor her development.

Her flexibility with accommodating my shifting work schedule has been absolutely invaluable – I don&#39;t know how we would manage otherwise. We were incredibly lucky to have Perla when we celebrated my husband&#39;s 40th birthday party for an entire weekend. Being able to fully enjoy this special milestone without worrying about L was priceless – we knew she was in the best hands possible.

Finding someone you can completely trust with your child is rare and precious. With Perla, we never worry. If you&#39;re looking for a babysitter who will truly care for your child as their own, Perla is that person.

I cannot recommend Perla highly enough as a nanny for children of all ages, especially infants and toddlers. From the very beginning, she has been warm, caring, and incredibly attentive to our child’s needs. Her genuine love for kids shines through in everything she does, and as a parent herself, she brings an extra level of understanding and compassion to her caregiving. Perla is not only an amazing caregiver but also extremely reliable and flexible, making the transition back to work so much easier for our family. Any family would be lucky to have Perla as their nanny. She is truly wonderful!

Perla is literally the best babysitter you could ever find. Her patience with our burpy baby was beyond amazing. We never had to worry when we dropped him off because she sent pictures all day long. Perla is just a wonderful person all around.

Perla is so warm, kind and extremely caring. She is the best!! Her house is safe for children and I trust her.

We used Perla for a drop in afternoon while visiting Evans Georgia to have a cosmetic procedure! My little one loved her home and other children. It was clean and there were plenty of toys to play with. She sent me updates throughout the afternoon and I very highly recommend her!!

Perla has been watching my 2 month old baby since I returned to work full time and I have nothing but great things to say! She is kind, experienced, and very dependable.  If you need a great babysitter, contact her!

We came into town last minute and Perla welcomed my two girls (10,5). She is so sweet and engaging and made my girls feel at ease coming into a new place! They had a great time and enjoyed playing with her adorable kids. We would definitely recommend her and we will use her again if we make it back in town!

Our family of six (kids ages 10,7,4,2) love Perla and her family! We go to church together and enjoy every chance we have to be together! Perla does such a great job caring for her children and nurturing them in a soft, loving manner! She is also bilingual (English and Spanish) which my children think is super cool! Highly recommend! 

My baby Aurora has only been with Perla for a week but she loves it so much! She has great attention to detail & sends pictures & videos all day which helps keep me comfortable. Aurora spends her days at Perla’s house with her two young children that are both very sweet and gentle with her. Perla seems to be very well experienced thus far & I would rehire her every time.

To everyone reading this I never in my life have been more happy to have found Perla . She was marvelous. I was definitely hesitant about my kids being at someone else house but I never been more proud in my choice. She was amazing she kept me updated the whole time my kids love her .They still asking to go back the next day . She was perfect in every way she loved n treat my kids awesome . I couldn't have ask for a better person to watch my kids n she definitely will be hired again .THANK YOU!!

Perla is the absolute best. She is lovely, kind, smart, dependable, honest and truly cares for other children like her own. She has all the qualities you would want in someone watching your kids..We love her and miss seeing her everyday. I cannot recommend her more!

Perla watched our two young kids from infant to pre-k. She was an exceptional nanny caring for our children with love and wonderful guidance. She helped to drive to and from pre-k with great care. I loved that she is bilingual and help to introduce Spanish to our kids! Very reliable, prompt, professional, and caring.

Perla has watched my children on multiple occasions, and she's one of the few people outside of family that I trust with them. She is respectful of my wishes, and respectful with my children. They love it when I tell them she's going to watch them, and that puts me at ease. Perla is punctual, honest, clean, and has a great way with kids. I cannot recommend her enough!
