About Perla

I am a mother of two little ones. My daughter is 4 years old and my son is 2. I am looking for a family who needs help caring for their little ones . My experience has included caring for up to four children of various ages at one time. I have extensive experience working with kids and I love it! I have been working with children since 2014. I have worked as a kindergarten teacher and ESOL teacher before (I have a college degree in Bilingual Education). I also have nannied for several families in the past. I speak Spanish and can teach the children Spanish throughout the day. For families with babies, I prepare an extensive record of the baby's day. This record includes feeding times, amount eaten, sleeping times and duration, diaper changes, and notes of any special achievements or behavioral issues. Past employers have found this allows them to care for their child as if they have been home all day.
