Penny was very attentive to my mom. She is very uplifting and encouraging. She discovered my mom likes music so Penny encouraged mom to play her saxophone (in her 90's) and sing, something that makes her very happy but that she wouldn't do for us, Penny brought that out in her. Penny really focuses on the person and their happiness.
