About Penelope

Hi families! I'm a reliable caregiver with 3 years of experience working as a camp counselor at a summer camp in Kentucky, where I supervised and engaged with groups of 10 children from ages 4-12. I also have experience volunteering as a counselor at a church foster and adoption camp and have lots of babysitting experience from children of various ages. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, inclusive, and structured environment for the kiddos while encouraging creativity and positive behavior. I'm comfortable managing multiple kids at once, planning activities, and helping with daily routines and chores.
