About Penelope

Hello! My name is Penelope-- I'm a current third year student in the Doctorate of Audiology program at UNC-Chapel Hill. Within my career field, I specialize in early childhood development as well as early intervention and supportive learning environments, and I have over 400 clinical hours specializing in pediatrics. Outside of my career, I am the oldest child of 4, and have what I like to consider "built-in experience"! I have additional experience working closely with children who have neurodevelopmental differences through my position as a Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) fellow at UNC-Chapel Hill. Through this program, I have received specialized training and have had great experiences working with children with ADHD, ASD, IDD, motor disorders, and learning disorders. I would love the opportunity to work closely with a family to help them provide the care they want for their child!
