Hello ! my name is Roberta but I do go by pearly somethings about me and my background. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. I'm comfortable with everything from bottles, diaper changes, and naps to homework help, playtime, and bedtime routines. I understand that every child is different, and I adjust my approach to match their age, personality, and needs. I love keeping kids engaged with age-appropriate activities, creative play, and plenty of positive encouragement. I'm patient, dependable, and calm, and I always focus on creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel at ease. I take pride in being someone families can trust and rely on. Fun Fact - I also am a dance teacher as well for children 7-18 and i've been a teacher since I was 16 so my experience with kids is very hands on I love teaching and also being there for my kids any chance I can possibly get.
