About Pearl

I am an experienced and compassionate caregiver with a deep passion for providing exceptional care to individuals in need. With over seven years in the healthcare field, I have built a solid foundation, starting as a caregiver, then advancing to a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and later becoming a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). I am currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN). I am dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those I serve, with a keen understanding of the importance of empathy, attention to detail, and individualized care. I bring a wealth of knowledge, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach to caregiving.
