About Payton

Hello, and thank you to whoever is taking the time to review my profile. I graduated high school in 2020 having taken and passed an early childhood development course. Previous to that I helped in my high schools day care, as a daycare aid. I received the opportunity to work with toddlers and babies and learned how to care for them with confidence. What ended up really making me passionate about perusing a job in childcare was working with the same family for almost five years. I met their children at the ages of seven, six and four and have been blessed to meet and care for their newest member of the family in 2021. I believe in gentle parenting, and healthy communication. I prefer a family who needs at home care, given that I an unable to run errands or drive the children around. I have experience with virtual learning, meal prepping and I can do light house keeping such as dishes, laundry, vacuuming/ sweeping and any other day to day chores. References available upon request.
