About Payton

Hi, I'm Payton!! I have been living in FL for a year now. I have been watching kids for over 6 years and nannying full time for about a little over 3 years now. I took a 2 year class, Child Care Occupations in which I learned how to lesson plan, manage a classroom, and how to properly educate children targeting their fine and gross motor skills. In this class we also focused a lot of time on differential learning for ways to make classroom learning easier for children with disabilities. Before moving I was with last family for almost 3 years. They have four children and two I have been with since newborns. The ages ranged from 7-1. I am currently with a family, who I adore, full time during the week. I am only looking for part time babysitting on weekends, evenings, or even possibly some overnights.
