About Payton

With five years of experience as a childcare provider, I've discovered my strengths lie in being patient, creative, and friendly. Communication is key, so I regularly update parents on their child's day and follow their preferred method of contact. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' lead. Children thrive when engaged, so I incorporate outdoor sports, board games, and educational games into our routine and avoid screen time. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children at a time. I am currently a junior at Colorado State and am studying Health Sciences English is my primary language. In addition to childcare, I can assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming activities.
