I taught my dyslexic sister how to read when I was a child, even now I continue to help her in college as well as my other family members. I have helped kids with over the summer assignments when I worked at a camp. And I am a paraprofessional that took a couple education courses in college. So while I am well-versed in core subjects K-12 my strengths lie in English. I am a good teacher and enjoy it but did not pursue this career as I enjoy writing more than teaching.
