I am in my 50's and I am a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor and nutrition coach. I teach fitness classes at various locations, but it is sporadic work. I am a mom whose daughter is now 24, married and living her life independently. I love kids. Looking to see if I could help a family out with transportation, light cleaning and helping with child care. I am a previous dog owner (my two previous dogs died of cancer at 16 and 18 years) and I am now a cat owner. So I am used to animals and have no allergies to pets.
