About Paulette

Hello! I'm retired now, but worked as a preschool teacher for many years and in many different capacities of Early Childhood Education. I was an Inclusion Facilitator for Head start with a caseload of 23 children at various preschools. I was an administrator for an inclusion program with the camp, and also worked for awhile as an infant-toddler teacher for Tutor Time in CA. I was an Instructional Aid at my kids' elementary school, and most recently was a teachers aid at a preschool in Hawaii for 4 years. When Covid hit, I decided to retire and travel when the school closed. I have 6 grandkids between the ages of NB & 9 and can still wrangle that wild crew single-handedly! I know some Spanish, but I'm not fluent. I travel so am only in the Fort Lauderdale area for a few months at a time and will be leaving in early Nov. for awhile. For this reason, I am not looking for reoccurring jobs. I have many excellent references. Can I be of help to you?

I fully trust Paulette to watch my toddler! I work from home so see first hand how well they get along. She does a great job engaging my son in conversation and teaching him about whatever they are playing with. He especially enjoys doing art projects and going on walks with Ms Paulette. She is quick to respond, prompt and leaves everything clean/organized.
