Paulette employs a child centered approach with her kids. She is extremely energetic and fun. My kids loved her and waited by the door for her arrival. Paulette understands the importance of attachment and healthy boundaries both with her kiddos and the family. She implements a healthy balance of firmness and nurturing in her child rearing practices. Because of this skill my children have benefited in ways I would not have been able implement myself. I have learned a lot from Paulette and for this I am forever grateful. It truly does take a village ! She encourages independence and confidence while developing skill building. She is highly capable of meeting the needs of each child's unique personality traits by intuitively assessing the first few weeks then setting individualized goals. Paulette will do a monthly review with the parent to check in and evaluate expectations. Paulette is ultra reliable, her communication skills are impeccable and will hire her again.
