I am a positive and energetic 32-year-old college graduate and certified holistic nutritionist and private chef. Ever since I was a teenager, I have been babysitting and tutoring children, especially children 4 years and older. I do have some experience with toddlers too. I tutor in all subjects, but especially Math, English, and Spanish. I have 15+ years of experience (off and on) working with children and families, and can assist in all areas of family support, from cleaning, cooking, care-giving, driving, and more. I am versatile, patient, consistent, a positive role model, and I value honest, direct, and clear communication.

My 4th Grade daughter was struggling with organizing herself during pandemic distance learning on top of a newly identified math-related learning disability. I have a full time job so cannot take the time out during the day to support her. I hired Paula to come to our house several times a week to help her get organized and to tutor her in math. Paula put everything into ensuring my daughter's success and spent time when not at our house coming up with ways to help. She also introduced my daughter to new foods and ways of cooking. As we come to the end of the school year and the kids start going in person, Paula has been very flexible in working with a changing schedule. My daughter is now meeting grade level, and I put this down to the focus and effort that Paula invested in supporting her for the last six months.
