About Paula

Hi, my name is Paula. I live in Gloucester with my husband and 8-year-old son. Caring for children has been a part of my life for over half of it. I have years of hands-on experience working with kids in a variety of settings, including babysitting, camp counseling, and as a daycare teacher. My passion lies in helping young children grow, learn, and feel safe and loved in their everyday routines. Most of my experience is with children between 15 months and 2. 9 years old, where I focus on creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment. Some of my favorite activities to do with children include reading stories, creating fun and age-appropriate crafts, and spending time outside exploring and playing. I believe these moments help children build curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
