I am always nervous when it comes to childcare. But we have had the best experiences with Paula (we call her Nata). She has provided both long-term and short-term care for two of our children. I love how kind, gentle, and caring she is with our family. We no longer need routine childcare, but she is still my first choice when needed. Nata turned into more than a nanny, she is a close friend and we hold her dear to our hearts. She loves my children and engages with them based on their developmental level. She is firm and sets realistic boundaries as well.
