About Paula

My name is Paula, I myself have struggled with ADHD growing up, even now as an adult. I feel as though I'm able to understand & communicate with the children in a way, most sitters would consider is hassling. I like getting to know the children's triggers, sounds, actions they find discomforting. Creating familiar routines, going to local parks, events that are in the community. Finding similar interest, both discovering new activities we like to do together, or themselves alone. Everything to help them grow mentally, physically, emotionally as individuals. I've personally have worked with children roughly around 9 years. some of the ages I've had the pleasure of working with are from new born though preteen(12-15). I am pet friendly. I do light house cleaning, and meal prep. I love music, dancing. I encourage kids to participate in team sports, activities of their interest. I am currently pursuing my nursing degree. I was a CBT & Paraprofessional for both in school and 1on1.
