The services I provide include: Companionship, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, assistance with meds, help with walking/balance, wound care, errands, grocery shopping, basic pet care, and respite care. I make communication with both the client and family a top priority.

I have known Paula for 10 years. She is my sister-in-law. She is kind, patient, positive, and treats everyone with compassion, humor, and respect. She is a problem solver. She was a wonderful companion to our mother-in-law while convalescing after breaking her pelvic bone. She was able to assist our elderly parent-in-laws with navigating the health care system and gave instructions on how to assist with mobility issues. She is knowledgeable about medical terminology. I would highly recommend her to provide elder companionship.
