About Paula

I have 7 years of paid experience and many years unpaid growing up. I've babysat for my aunts and uncle some of which had autistic children learning sign language and did not speak. I am currently learning ASL as a second language. I also don't mind doing a few household chores such as: laundry, dishes, cooking meals for the children and so on. I have worked with babies, toddlers and teenagers so I am very diverse in my skill set and can match just about any child's energy. I am good with following directions if a child has certain rules or schedules. I believe myself to be kind and understanding to a child's needs and wants as well as the parents.
