Paula is great! She is quick to respond and very communicative. While our little one doesn't have a very structured schedule, Paula took initiative to ask questions to make sure she was mirroring our routine. She was engaged with our 1 year old, and helped which just about everything including age-appropriate play, changing diapers, feeding, bathing, and tidying the house (which was a bonus!). I highly recommend Paula for child care and housekeeping!
