Paula was our Aupair for a year. She was living with us while taking care of our son when he was 6 months old. She spent usually 8 hours with him daily. Paula was able to adapt to our son' needs while he was growing up. For example, she had a lot of patience feeding our son who did not want the bottle and she had to try other ways to feed him milk. Paula is a competent caregiver in all the aspects (feeding, teaching, caring, playing). My son still now enjoys spending time with her and loves her.
