I come from a family that has always had a deep love for dogs. Growing up, we would rescue stray dogs and nurse them back to health, ultimately giving them a forever home. When my oldest daughter was born in 1998, I made the decision to continue this family tradition by adopting shelter dogs and providing them with a loving environment. Throughout the years, I have gained experience in caring for dogs with disabilities and elderly dogs. However, after my daughter left for college, I made the difficult choice to no longer have a dog of my own due to the heartbreak of losing them becoming too overwhelming. Nevertheless, I still miss the joy, love, and comfort that dogs bring into one's life and home. Rest assured, if you entrust me with the care of your pet, I will treat them with the same love and attention as if they were my own.
