About Paula

I am a Home Health Aide with 40 hours of HHA training and more than 10 years of hands-on senior care experience. Caring for seniors has been a meaningful part of my life, and I take pride in helping clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. I have experience providing live-in care, companionship, personal care and assistance with daily activities. I can also assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility assistance, and maintaining a comfortable and organized home. I am patient, dependable and attentive, including when caring for seniors experiencing changes in their routines, moods or behaviors. I take time to learn each person's personality, preferences and daily routine so that the care I provide feels personal rather than one-size-fits-all.
