Hi there! Caring for kids has been my passion and profession for over 7 years. I spent 4 years at a five-star resort in Brazil, creating and leading activities for over 100 children, including outdoor games, scavenger hunts, crafts, and talent shows. After moving to the USA, I worked as an Au Pair for 2. 5 years with two wonderful host families. Since then, I've supported several families as a nanny/babysitter, tailoring care to each child's unique needs.

I currently work in HR and I am offering child care and pet care services on a temporary basis, available only through the end of the year.

Paula is wonderful. She takes such good care of my kids. They just adore her. She is very creative and has different activities ready for them every time. She is very reliable and is on time every time. She also makes sure that the kids are well fed and well taken care of. We are so lucky to have her.

Paula cared for our two young boys (ages 5 and 1) and did an incredible job. She's warm, loving, playful, and trustworthy. Paula was the best care giver we could have hoped for! As a new mom to an eighth month old daughter, I was very nervous about having to find someone to care for her. Paula took away all my fear from the minute she met my daughter, they had an instant connection and Paula helped her exceed all of her milestones over the first year with so much love that my daughter and our family will never forget her. Paula is the most amazing care giver we have ever had! She was wonderful with our daughter, who loved Paula from the second she walked in the room. Paula became a part of our family and will be loved by us and our daughter forever! Paula worked with our little girl to help her reach many milestones, such as teaching her to crawl, walk, sign language, and so many other skills that have helped shape our daughter in to the wonderful little person she is today. I can't say enough about Paula's many skills and talents, any family would be blessed to know her!

We interviewed Paula and would have hired her, but she was not available when we needed a nanny. At the interview and in her correspondence with us, she presented herself as very professional and articulate. At the same time, it was clear she is able to relate to infants easily. Our 10 month old child immediately liked her. At the time of the interview, we were still thinking we might be able to find someone that could step in while Paula finished up her other commitment and grilled her with questions. She had great answers for all of them. Of course, Paula has not worked for us. But, based on our interaction with her we recommend you speak to her if you are seeking a nanny. She was friendly, energetic, full of ideas, and really came across as someone who loves kids.

She was always looking for an opportunity to be outside whenever possible.
Paula worked for us for a little over 3 months while I worked in a seasonal position that we were hoping would change into a full-time position, which unfortunately it did not.  
Paula was supportive of our parenting style. We did not have any problems with her discipline in a way that was consistent with our discipline. She was always respectful and mature.

She would drive our kids to and from school or activities and feed them nutritious lunches and snacks with no direction. In addition to this, she also cleaned, organized and did laundry.  She has been very helpful. Our kids absolutely love her, we all love her and are very sad to see her go.
