Pau is absolutely amazing! We originally hired her for a short term (full-time) nanny care for our baby during a gap in our nanny share. She was so amazing we ended up keeping her on and joining back with our nanny share where she currently is taking care of 2 babies under 1 year old. She is so great with the kids. She keeps them on schedule, fed, playing, and you can genuinely see that she cares about both kids! We still have her as our full-time nanny, but for future jobs (one time, short or long term) she is considered for I would absolutely say hire her!
