We initially had a great experience interviewing Patti Ann. She presented herself professionally, communicated well, and seemed like a great fit for our family. After discussing the role in detail and reaching what we believed was a mutual agreement, she committed to accepting the position. Unfortunately, just five days before she was supposed to start, they backed out, citing a different opportunity. While I understand that circumstances change, the late cancellation left us in a difficult position with very little time to find an alternative. I would advise future families to ensure firm commitment before relying on this candidate. They may be a great caregiver, but reliability and follow-through were lacking in our experience.
