Unfortunately the reliability and dependability was lacking as she would call out often for being sick. As the year progressed on it became quite frequent. At the end she called out sick and then said “I understand if you find someone else” which felt like a nice way of quitting and never followed up with us again. In the beginning she was excellent with the kids and was great with us which is unfortunate because we thought we had a good connection. Too good to be true
