Patricia was very kind and nice to work with when she was here, but she was not reliable and had trouble getting here on time. She was an hour late on the first day, which could be understandable, but the second day she cancelled because she was not feeling well, and the third day she texted that she would be an hour late. I also paid in advance for the full week, which I won't be doing again. I understand life happens, but.....
